The Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) is the US Army’s physical fitness test designed to measure soldiers’ overall physical readiness and functional fitness.

The New ACFT score chart Calculator was introduced to replace the old Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) to better reflect modern warfare’s physical demands and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injuries.

How to Use ACFT score calculator?

ACFT calculator is very easy to use and allows you to accurately analyze your current performance and identify areas for improvement. Here’s how to use Combat fitness test calculator:

1- Input age and gender information for customized standards.

2- Fill in your scores for each of the 6 ACFT test events.

3- The calculator will instantly compute your overall and component scores based on Army tables.

ACFT events:

1-Three Repetition Maximum Deadlift (MDL):

This event assesses a soldier’s ability to lift heavy weights, emphasizing the importance of lower body and posterior chain strength.

2-Standing Power Throw (SPT):

Soldiers throw a 10-pound medicine ball as far as possible to measure explosive power and assess the ability to generate force.

3-Hand-Release Push-Ups (HRPU):

Similar to traditional push-ups, but requiring lifting the hands off the ground at the bottom of each repetition. This event assesses upper body strength and endurance.

This event combines a variety of movements, including sprinting, dragging a sled, carrying kettlebells, and lateral shuffling. It evaluates a soldier’s anaerobic capacity and muscular strength.

5-Leg Tuck (LTK):

Hanging from a pull-up bar, soldiers lift their legs to touch their knees or thighs to their elbows. This event focuses on core strength and endurance.

6-Two-Mile Run (TMR):

Similar to the run event in the APFT, this measures aerobic capacity and endurance.

ACFT Alternate Events:

Here are four alternative events for ACFT:
